Harold Mayer is a finance professional with 30 years career as the CEO of a truly global operation. His exposure and experience have helped him build a privileged network of quality relationships within the Mauritius Private & Public sectors. His instinct as an entrepreneur, and passion for the Real Estate sector led to the co-founding of HORIZON Group in 2008 and of HORIZON Property Partners in 2020. His vision and ambition for HPP is to fill a “gap” in the Real Estate Services sector in Mauritius, and provide “under one hat”, Strategy + Real Estate + Finance expertise to the market.

He sees the “Real Estate” as a very strategic sector for the future of the Mauritian economy: a sector with high growth potential that will need more sophisticated & structured professional Services. Together with his team, he hopes to put his blend of skills, leadership experience and network at the service of his customers & partners.

Gregory Mayer

Finance Consultant

Gregory Mayer is a Professional Accountant who has joined the HORIZON Group in 2013 as Head of Finance, and has been managing Horizon Holidays, the Group’s Property Management & Rental arm, since 2015. Gregory’s 7 years of experience leading one of the main Property Rental Operators in Mauritius along with his understanding of Financial concepts & models brings important added value and expertise to HORIZON Property Partners.

Sebastien Bax de Keating

Project Developments Consultant

Sebastien Bax de Keating is an entrepreneur passionate by the Real Estate industry. In 2008, he co-founded HORIZON and firmly established the reputation of the Group on the local market by dealing with Mauritian and foreign owners. He then specialised in the development of high-end projects and launched the Projects & Property Development cluster of the group in 2017. Two years later, Sebastien has developed two Real Estate projects in Mauritius, Manta Cove and The WaterClub, both on the West coast of the island.

Complementing the HORIZON Property Partners Team with his expertise in the development of Real Estate projects, Sebastien will use his network and past experience to advise your development process.

Pierre-Yves Maria

Marketing Consultant

Pierre-Yves started his professional career in the advertising and marketing agency PUBLICIS Paris in 2007 for 2 years. He then joined the independent agency La Chose, still in Paris, where he contributed to the development of communication strategies for international brands such as IKEA, Skoda and L'Oréal Paris.
In 2013, he moved in Mauritius and felt in love with the island, the Mauritians and their limitless kindness. He has been co-director of sales and co-director of strategies within the Circus Agency - the networked agency of the PUBLICIS Africa Group where he has contributed to the branding of: Mon Trésor Smart City, Le Domaine de Bel Ombre, Villas Valriche…

Pierre-Yves, also known as "Pym", had joined the HORIZON Group teams in 2019 as head of marketing.
